  • protein powder (optional) 25 g

  • rapeseed oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients:

  • minced garlic 2 cloves
  • salt and pepper 1/4 tsp
  • dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • parmesan cheese half a cup
  • worcestershire sauce 1tsp
  • cooked chicken breasts x 2
  • heads of gem lettuce, washed and chopped x 2
  • anchovy paste 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • croutons- as many as you like

  • frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 0% fat yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup of Greek yoghurt (60 ml)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence/extract
  • 1 or 2 bananas sliced
